"The first guest was Anthony Simcoe (D'argo) all I have to say is what was he on and where can I get some? What a character! It was his first time in America and he was just pumped to be there! He seemed astonished at how popular the show really was here in the states. He told about how he came up with D'argo's voice, what it was like in the make up. He said that the make-up gets so hot that he walks around the set in his boxers all day. I think I like the character of D'argo a little more since seeing Anthony in person, what a neat guy!" - Angie Nielsen on seeing Anthony on stage.

"He had dropped by the breakfast earlier, but when he came on stage he was magnificent.  I've never seen any one with that much energy!  He could not stand still, but instead roamed the stage, like he was hunting or something.  He gave a very humorous presentation on "how to talk like a Luxan."  He had the crowd laughing, he would say something tough sounding as D'argo, the switch and talk in a (stereotypical) "gay voice" saying something like "Mr. Director, was that all right?"  It was hilarious.  I love when a star has that level of energy, and can pump up the crowd.  I will have to look at D'argo in a new and improved light.  During the Q & A he did a little bit of  D'argo as Chiana from Out of their minds, which was highly amusing." - Dave Hall on seeing Anthony on stage.
